we have developed and patented Isosun.

Isosun
is a double sided knit that makes the garments very
elastic and incredibly comfortable to wear.
Isosun
has two layers :
• the 100% cotton inside layer is
hypoallergenic and very cool and comfortable to
wear.
• the 100% polyester outer layer traps
perspiration and allows it to evaporate.
The cotton we use has extra long fibres while the
polyester is a multiple strand aerated yarn.
The two layers are united by a "special" yarn. The
three component yarns are knitted together
(international patent) to provide the Isosun fabric
with excellent "breathing" qualities.
The only dyeing technique that gives top quality
and durable fluorescent colours according to EN 471
uses special dyes for polyester.
Isosun
uses this technique that gives excellent colour
fastness, while ensuring its keeps its properties
under EN 471.
The dye does not fix on the cotton meaning that all
its natural qualities are safeguarded for contact
with the skin.
