Directive
89/656/CEE stipulates that protective clothing must
be clean and in perfect condition during wear. This
means that users either launder it themselves or
entrust the job to professional laundering and
linen maintenance services.
In order to provide quick service and remain
profitable, these companies need to use high power
equipment that exposes our products to considerable
mechanical and heat stresses.
We have created and developed ISOWASH (patented
fabric) to be suitable for this situation.

IISOWASH
has 2 layers,
• a
100% cotton inside layer: we use a cotton yarn that
is permanently treated to withstand industrial
laundering.
• a 100% polyester outer layer: this is given
an extra fast dye to enable it to stand up to very
high temperatures..
These 2 layers are united by a "special" yarn that
ensures the whole fabric remains stable during
washing and drying.
The industrial laundering tests were carried out in
May 2000 by the IFTH (French Textile and Clothing
Institute) who issued us with a certificate of
compliance when seeing the results obtained.

In addition, we have carried out tests with
numerous European laundering companies who have
adopted this complex given the excellent results
with washing cycles at 80°C and passage
through a drying tunnel at up to
140°C.
