Our
products comply with the requirements of European
directive 89/686/CEE category 2 (intermediate
risks).
Our products are inspected and tested prior to
marketing by an independent organisation that
issues a type AET CE Inspection Certificate.
We work in collaboration with the French Textile
and Clothing Institute (IFTH - Institut
Français du Textile et de l'Habillement)
which is recognised as the European expert for
textiles, COFRAC approval n° 0072.
The standards defines the essential colour and
reflective characteristics of high visibility
clothing, in order to offer maximum visibility
under dangerous conditions and for all types of day
and night use :

Fluorescent
fabrics :
That react to the UV radiation in daylight,
That are efficient from daybreak to
nightfall no matter what the atmospheric conditions
are,
That are not usable at night under any
circumstances.
Reflective
materials :
Reflect light back to its source,
Work at night by reflecting the light from
vehicle headlights.
